low-cost classes that are sure to suit your needs, with profession instructors.
SIT AND BE FIT
Mondays 1-2pm.
Exercise while
sitting down, in friendly company.
Brain gym, balance,
breathing, joint mobility.
Music and fun.
$4 per session, or
$24 per term.
TAI CHI
Mondays 2.30-3.30pm.
Great for balance,
co-ordination and relaxation.
A falls prevention program .
Term enrolments only. $18 for 6 weeks.
GENTLE EXERCISE
Thursdays 9.30-10.30 am.
More vigorous than
"Sit and Be Fit", standing and moving to music.
$5 per session.
